We have had trouble with our provider (TDS) blocking (as blacklisted) messages coming to us from a legitimate source. We do not know if this is an isolated case or if it commonly happens. These blocked messages originate from a large ISP which has a good reputation, so this is both difficult to understand and quite worrisome. We have no control over this and assure you that we do not like it one bit. We try to respond to all the legitimate e-mail sent to our web site e-mail address, so if you do not receive a reply within a few days, your message may have been blocked. In that case, please try sending the message to the alternate e-mail address that appears below this paragraph. You will need to type this address into your e-mail, as it is in graphics form rather than text form, to foil spammers. And yes, it is an odd choice for an e-mail name.
