We are fully qualified to do market studies and economic analyses and often do them for non-profit corporations, including the market analyses required for LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credits) grants. We are Tennessee state certified to do RD-515 market studies. Although C F Systems does not emphasize this capability, each year we do several market studies and economic analyses of various types. Historically, our largest such study was developing the Input/Output Economic Model of the City of Oak Ridge in 1986. Only a few city Input/Output models have ever been attempted and ours was a very successful effort in which actual data for an estimated 86% of the dollar flows were captured for the analysis.
